Unfortunately I am in the process of switching printers because I had been using a US company called Inprnt but it turns out that the duties are far more than I would expect any client to have to pay and the shipping costs and times to Canada were also not ideal. I am currently doing research and to find a high quality Canadian alternative.

Katrina has two types of prints, those based on her original paintings and those that are unique digital compositions. With her prints of original paintings Katrina takes multiple high-resolution photos of each piece and merges them together in Photoshop. She then digitally adds extra details and embellishments and does extensive colour-correction and manipulations to get as close to capturing the magic and vibrancy of the original work as possible. And with her unique digital compositions Katrina creates these on her computer using multiple scans and photos of her past original works which she manipulates into new print-only designs by digitally cutting, layering and detailing them.
Katrina Schaman's original paintings are created in her own unique style that she has spent years developing. Katrina’s paintings celebrate the deep underlying relationship between abstract and real forms. She puts extra effort into the final accents and details on all her work because she hopes these intricacies will add to the feeling of whimsy, magic and joy. Katrina also strives to create pieces that change and grow for a viewer - whether it's the 1st or 100th time they see it, the artist hopes that her viewers will continue to discover new forms, feelings and ideas within her work. These originals are combinations of acrylic paint, graphite, spray paint, hand-cut paper and gold leaf on birch artist panels.
